Transdisciplinary Understanding and Training on research – Primary Health Care (TUTOR-PHC) is a one-year national capacity building program bringing together 12 Canadian trainees and 4 international trainees each year from a variety of disciplines from across PHC.

Two training fellows for Ontario-based PHC trainees per year receive ongoing mentorship on integrating patient engagement within their proposed TUTOR-PHC projects from PERC’s Patient Advisors. Eligibility is determined by the proposal’s alignment with SPOR initiatives. The Fellows join quarterly PERC meetings as an embedded learning experience, contributing to PERC’s engagement efforts across the INSPIRE-PHC-OSSU Network.
