INSPIRE-PHC Attachment Reporting Update

Primary Care Data Report attachment data now appears on the Ontario Health OHT Primary Care Dashboard. Access for OHTs is available through this email:  ohtanalytics@ontariohealth.ca.

The attachment methodology and resulting numbers for the attached and uncertainly attached has changed.
